Our Story

White Glove Appliance Service is the U.S. sister company of Elite Appliance Service, one of Canada's largest independent appliance servicers. Elite has operated in Canada since 2001 and works out of six cities.

Manufacturers use Elite to look after their own warranty customers, and they call Elite when another servicer cannot finish a repair. Glen Donnelly started as an appliance technician and built the company on doing the work properly and telling customers the truth about it.

That is how we work in South Florida. Our technicians are factory trained and uniformed, we fit genuine manufacturer parts, and you see a written estimate before anyone starts work.
